Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped within a period of 2 to 5 working days.
  • We make sure to deliver your orders as soon as possible and with the best quality

Refunds policy:

  • The customer has the right to return only while the representative is in the presence of delivery
  • The representative waits for 5 minutes to check the product and confirm its condition.
  • If the customer decides that the product is not suitable during the presence of the representative, the cost is paid
  • Shipping, and the product is returned after the delegate leaves, refund is not allowed at all.

Exchanges policy:

  • Available only in case the product is 100% healthy and in the presence of a tick
  • If a customer cancels two or more orders, doesn’t receive their order, they will be required to pay via InstaPay for their next purchase to ensure sustainability.
